Why am I seeing repeated questions in Adapt?

Adapt automatically gives you new questions if they are available. However, Adapt always errs on the side of giving you a realistic exam with the proper number of questions from each section with the proper distribution of difficulties. If you see duplicate questions, it is because we've run out of questions within a given section that fit that criteria. This can happen if you've taken many quizzes on a particular section or generated many exams.
